I created this gift for my mom’s b-day.
It is made from air dry clay. Usually i use white clay because it’s easier to paint it. The idea of this gift was inspired from Pinterest, but i changed it when i added the asian fishman. Sometimes i put wire inside the sculpture of a person but it depends on the size. For this one though i didn’t use any wire because it’s a small size with not that many details in the posture. It’s important to make the whole sculpture smooth-it makes it more realistic and professional. I use water to smoothen it up and some of my clay tools. Maybe the hardest part is painting it. It’s very important to put as much details as possible-like i already said it just makes it more professional. Well as you can see it’s not as hard as it sounds like, maybe you need a lot of practice and you’ll be able to handle even the hardest clay sculpture!
